Stolen male Bichon Frise with low hair cut. His name is Kodie. He has an infection on his right eye. Was taken from our back yard today around 9:30 am. We live near Northern Parkway and Walther Blvd. He was last seen with a red collar. If you have any information of his whereabouts please contact me at 443-271-5021. He also has a microchip.
