El Salto — If you're looking for great Mexican food on the cheap, El Salto is a clear best bet in Parkville. Menu options range from the classic beef taco (hard or soft) to more traditional mexican dishes like chorizo con huevos, a dish that includes a spicy sausage and eggs.  Forget about Taco Bell the next time you've got a craving for an enchilada and check this place out!
