Is there any indication as to which sandwiches at these places people are talking about? If I'm going to go and try them because they have the best sandwich, it would be nice to know which sandwhich(es) to try. Thanks!

Michael,
Most people opt for the Godfather at Canellas, but you really can't go wrong.
Atwater's menu is seasonal and always changing. I recommend trying the soups, salads, and sandwiches as they're all fantastic - my husband enjoys their chicken salad sandwich the best.
