Parkville Bar Employee Killed While Breaking Up Fight

An Essex man died of multiple stab wounds following an early morning fight.

An employee at a Parkville club was killed in a stabbing there early Saturday morning, according to police.

Police said in a release that officers and fire crews responded to in the 7100 block of Darlington Drive at 1:38 a.m. Saturday for a reported stabbing. The victim, identified as 38-year-old Tavares Lonell Jones of the unit block of Timber Creek Court in Essex, was found with multiple stab wounds. Jones was taken by ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he died.

Police said Jones worked at Tee Bee's and was stabbed while breaking up a fight inside the building.
