Parkville Bar Employee Killed While Breaking Up Fight

An Essex man died of multiple stab wounds following an early morning fight.

An employee at a Parkville club was killed in a stabbing there early Saturday morning, according to police.

Police said in a release that officers and fire crews responded to Tee Bee's Place in the 7100 block of Darlington Drive at 1:38 a.m. Saturday for a reported stabbing. The victim, identified as 38-year-old Tavares Lonell Jones of the unit block of Timber Creek Court in Essex, was found with multiple stab wounds. Jones was taken by ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he died.

Police said Jones worked at Tee Bee's and was stabbed while breaking up a fight inside the building.

Anyone with information about a possible suspect is asked to call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.

In July, police found a man shot to death in a car in the bar's parking lot.

This bar is a nuisance to the community. There has been many stabbings at this business. I don't know how they are able to keep their liquor license. Maybe they need armed security guards or off duty police on premises because it looks like the owners can't control the trash that comes into this place.

That is what I was wondering too, it was one of my old watering holes. Such a shame, the bar was a dive, but the worst thing going there when I used to go were a few trannies, no fights where anyone got killed : (

TJ did not deserve this. He is a single father of a lovely daughter and was working two jobs to support his family. Im utterly disgusted by this.

How would we go about getting this place shut down? Do we petition the Liquor Board thru written letters or call the Baltimore County Council person that represents this area? This place has got to go. Too much trash frequents this business. Does this area have a community association?

Why is this spot not shut down!! I know it won't bring Tavares back but it sure as hell would make me feel like some kind of justice is done on his behalf!!! Especially since whomever killed him is still free! I plead the blood of jesus against his killer and pray to God that he gets no rest until he is caught!! Prayer works!!!

I agree! I am calling on all of those who know how to call & can call on the Name of Jesus and Get an Answer. For Many are Called...but Few are Chosen. With that being said, let the Two or Three (+) Gather Together, in His Name and Form the Boundary Circle with Cords that CANNOT BE Broken. In Jesus Name....Amen

I live right across the street from
Tee Bee"s. It's a death trap. This is not the first murder over there. I seen people shot over at the parking lot from across the street when the club going on. It's a very young mixed crowd that go over there. They go to the liquor store across the street from Tee Bee's And purchase there alcohol & I see there behavior before they go. (Rowdy crowd)
Tee Bee's is like a club in the middle of the woods. Where nobody is safe not even us who live in the neighborhood.
AN THAT'S A GOT DAMN SHAME

Rodney needs to shut down since he can't run a decent, safe establishment...it's ashame it had to come to a murder of an employee inside the bar...this place is a sham and he is responsible for the lack of a plan with the crowd that frequents this pitiful excuse of a club

I hope someone can start a petition or letter writing campaign to the Baltimore County Liquor Board to have Tee Bee"s Place shut down. I have never patronized this place but I know homeowners near this place. They all complain that it is a neighborhood nuisance.

Wow! Sounds like the surrounding community needs to raise more "Cain" about this establishment. TJ was a very good friend of mine n he didn't deserve this. He only wanted to provide for his little girl. :-(
