Family Movie Night At Ridgeleigh Park

The Ridgeleigh Community Association will screen The Lorax in the park on Saturday.

Families: got plans for Saturday night? If not, grab your kids and head over to Ridgeleigh Park at 1770 White Oak Avenue in Parkville.

The Ridgeleigh Community Association is planning to screen Dr. Seuss' The Lorax at 8 p.m.

According to a flier for the event, admission will be free and refreshments will be available.

Bill Deysher, president of Ridgeleigh Community Association, said that the choice of movie is no coincidence.

"We recently did a community clean & green," Deysher said. "There's been a lot of interest in cleaning up and planting trees."

Deysher also explained that the community association would be planting street trees in conjunction with BlueWater Baltimore during October and November.
