Homeless Man 'Sleepy' Allegedly Found Crashing in Parkville Home
Antonio Shawnelle Woods, 34, was found sleeping on the floor, Baltimore County police said.
A homeless man, which a police report notes is nicknamed "Sleepy," was arrested after a property manager allegedly discovered him sleeping on the floor of a Parkville residence.
Around 2 p.m. Jan. 7, the property manager found Antonio Shawnelle Woods, 34, sleeping on the floor, according to a Baltimore County police report filed at the Towson precinct. The property manager was using the basement area of the location as a storage space.
Woods was charged with second degree burglary.
Police said Woods was a former tenant of the property manager.
Nothing was stolen from the residence, but a rear basement door was damaged, according to the report.

If it's a rental property one could argue rent was stolen and the property was damaged? Just a guess.
