Towson Shooting Victim Flags Down Police
Incident near the traffic circle in Towson appears unrelated to a nearby fight outside a bar.
Baltimore County Police are investigating the shooting of a man in Towson early Sunday morning.
"He stopped one of our officers at the roundabout," at about 1:14 a.m. Sunday, said Cpl. J. Kelly, spokesman for the Baltimore County Police Department.
The unidentified man suffered from a gunshot wound to the hand and was taken to the hospital, Kelly said.
Information on the victim's age, where the incident took place, and how he was shot, were not available, Kelly said.
The incident appears to be unrelated to a fight outside The Green Turtle that occurred around the same time. Police were forced to use pepper spray on that crowd and made multiple arrests.

Was he an innocent bystander who just happens to be shot on a well traveled Towson street. Sounds fishy to me.
