Parkville Burger King Robbed At Gunpoint

Police are searching for two men in the armed robbery of the fast food chain's Harford Road store.

Police are searching for two men they say robbed an area Burger King store at gunpoint Monday night.

According to police reports, the two men entered the around 8:30 p.m. They stood in line behind a customer who was ordering food and when the register opened after the cashier took the customer's money, one of the men pulled out a silver revolver and pointed it at the cashier, the report said.

While he held the gun on the cashier, the man leaned over the counter and grabbed $80 in 20 dollar bills from the register then fled, the report said.

Witnesses described the gunman as a black man in his 30s or 40s, approximately 5’11” tall and 225 pounds with a medium build, no facial hair and a shaved head. He was last seen wearing a red plaid shirt, blue jeans and a black and white baseball cap, according to a police report.

A second suspect in the robbery is described as a black man between 18 and 19 years old, approximately 5’8” tall and 165 pounds with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black backpack and beige baseball cap.

The suspects may have fled the scene in a light blue van with old paint, according to a police report.
