Baltimore County Restaurant Week starts Aug. 10 and there are a handful of restaurants in Parkville participating among the dozens of options countywide.

Check out these three restaurants close to home before restaurant week ends Aug. 19.

• The Bowman at 9306 Harford Road. The Bowman is offering a three-course dinner for $35.17 and lunch for $10.17. Dinner options include crab tortellini and a horseradish-crusted filet; as a bonus, they're serving Priegel ice cream for dessert. For lunch you can check out crabcake sliders, among other options.
• McAvoy's at 2531 Putty Hill Avenue. McAvoy's offers a three-course dinner for $20.12—start off with irish mussels then try a NY strip steak; for lunch ($10.12) grab an entree and dessert.
• Pappas Restaurant at 1725 Taylor Avenue. Pappas hasn't posted their menu to the Baltimore County Restaurant Week website yet, but you can probably count on their awesome crabcakes as part of the menu.
