Police Announce Fullerton Fireworks Road Closures

Police plan to direct traffic during the 50th Annual Fullerton Fireworks on July 4.

Expect detours and crowds on July 4 in the Fullerton area.

Police are expected to close the following roads during the 50th Annual Fullerton Fireworks at Fullerton Park, scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.:

  • Fullerton Avenue
  • Marks Avenue
  • Virginia Avenue
  • Delight Avenue
  • Cherry Avenue
  • Linden Avenue
  • First Avenue

About 30-40 officers from the White Marsh and Parkville precincts are scheduled to manage the closures. Parking for handicapped individuals will be available at Fullerton Elementary School. All other attendees are encouraged to park along area streets, according to Cpl. Pat Wilhelm, White Marsh precinct traffic supervisor.

Parking will also be available for $5 per vehicle at Fullerton Manor Bingo and Melvin’s Tire & Auto.

Live music from Awaken is expected to begin at 6 p.m. with fireworks starting at 10 p.m. The rain date is July 5, according to the event website.
