TODAY: Pick Your Own Blueberries at Webers Farm
Four pick-your-own sessions are scheduled this week, today and tomorrow.
There may still be about three weeks until Weber's Cider Mill Farm market opens for the season on July 19 but you don't have to wait for delicious homegrown fruit.
As long as the thing you crave is blueberries.
The Webers are offering two opportunities for you to pluck your own berries from the plant today, from 8-11 a.m. and from 5-7 p.m.
Can't make it out to the Glen Arm-based Weber's Peachberry Farm Tuesday? Never fear, you'll have the same chance Wednesday.
Discounts are available if you buy in bulk and, according to the Weber's Farm website, that's something you can do since blueberries have a decent shelf life (10-14 days, refrigerated) and they freeze well.
Have you been to pick your own blueberries? If not, are you planning on going? What will you do with your haul? Share a recipe in the comments.

I miss Webers so much when they are closed.
Hope I can make it up in time today. :)
