I've know Charles since we were kids. Him and my brother, Joe Fouts were best friends for years. Charles and my family have always been so close. It's been a few years since I've seen him. But Charles is just one of those friends that touch your heart and you never forget. I'm so sadden by his tragic passing. Charles until we meet again, Rest In Peace my friend!
