Located near the Giant in Parkville Shopping Center, the vacant space that used to be Buffalo Wings & Beer is in need of a new tenant.

If you take a peek through the door, you can see that the inside is still more-or-less a restaurant though it hasn't been operational for a while. The vacant space, managed by Regency Centers, is a total of 4,600 square feet.

What sort of business (especially restaurant) do you think would you like to see in this space? Tell us in the comments.

Is there a commercial vacancy you'd like to discuss? If so be sure to email editor Nick Gestido (nick.gestido@patch.com) and maybe it will be featured as the next Visions for Vacancies.

I thought this was supposed to be turned into a place called Bodkin Creek Pub? (BC PUB?) http://www.facebook.com/Bodkincreekpub

I had read that the liquor license transfer was approved by the liquor board, and the place was supposed to serve locally sourced food?

Nick: from looking at that Facebook page it looks like it was indeed Bodkin Creek Pub for a moment. there was never a sign posted and I guess it escaped my notice. Thanks for the heads up.

However, the page also shows that it's been closed (again) since late 2011.

hmmmm, didnt that Irish Pub on Bel Air close down a couple months ago when the shopping center raised it's rents? Maybe we could have another Irish Pub? I know we have the Emerald Tavern right down the way, but if this space became an AUTHENTIC Irish Pub?

Like the bounce zone for kids idea!! Or a painting pottery place. Or Trader Joes.

When it was BW&B, I was in there just a couple of times, and both time the service was so poor (despite it not being especially busy) that we bailed out on the place. I have to admit that I was never there when it was BC Pub. I kind of wonder if, as a restaurant location, it's one of those doomed locations that's just destined to turn over again and again.

It was a night club years ago, and has been several restaurants. So I would venture a guess that is just not the right fit for that shopping center. The idea of a bounce place for kids is great - even though mine have long since outgrown that, it would be nice to have that type of place accessible in this area. The only others I know of are in Timonium and Owings Mills.

According to Regency Center's website and signs in the door, this will soon be an Express Care. I don't know when, though.
