Yes I'm sure the woman would've had plenty of time to pull out her weapon and return fire in this situation. This isn't the solution.

As a law abiding, hard working husband and father of two, I say 'ammo up', brothers and sisters. It's time. If you're not comfortable carrying, you better travel with people who are. It's your responsibility to protect yourselves and the ones you love.

Nick,
Is there an update to this weekend story? Did the shooters know her? Road rage?

Harford Road is changing in a very negative way. The trash is blowing north.

I typically will ride the more scenic routes to avoid certain areas. That is one congested area and I'm not a fan. It's Baltimore city people! 2:42am? It's cool to a 17 year old to stay out late...I don't go out past 10 anymore because once you're grown, you can do whatever you want at any hour. I'm safe right at home.

But I guess some people have no choice when they have late jobs.

Anyway, I hope she recovers and I hope she knows the shooter and turns him/her in.

This was a good area but I guess it is now changing. I wish there was a camera or a description of the vehicle. It sounds like road rage or she knew the persons and it was a "hit." I hope she recovers.

What is this world coming too? No respect for life. We should pray more to God.
