Red Brick Station Restaurant & Brew Pub seems to just keep getting bigger and better. After some traveling, careful investigation, and a bit… ok, a lot… of drinking, Red Brick Station has been working diligently to seek out and select the best and most unique micro brews to add to their daily beer assortment. As of this week, Red Brick Station has installed all new beer lines as well as expanded the number of lines for a bigger selection of craft brews. Newest additions (to be completely ready on tap by next week) include Long Trail Belgian White, Oscar Blues Mama’s Little Yella Pills, and (MY personal favorite) Crispin Original Super Premium Cider. Never heard of these brews? Here’s a little about them…

•    Long Trail Belgian White - Belgian Witbiers trace their roots back to the 14th century. The Style was first brewed by monks using local ingredients and spices including coriander and orange. The soft notes of citrus and spice are topped with a light, fluffy head that finishes clean and crisp. This fresh and natural ale is a summer seasonal brew.
•    Oscar Blues Mamas Little Yella Pills - An uncompromising, small-batch version of the beer that made Pilsen, Czech Republic famous. Mama’s is built with 100% pale malt, German specialty malts, and Saaz hops. While it’s rich with Czeched-out flavor, its gentle hopping (35 IBUs) and low ABV (just 5.3%) make it a luxurious but low-dose (by Oskar Blues standards) refresher.

•    Crispin Original Super Premium Cider - Super-Premium draught natural hard apple cider. Designed to be enjoyed over ice with friends and good food. – what better fit for Red Brick Station?

DON’T PANIC Red Brick regulars! RBS will continue to keep their usual casks, IPA and Blueberry, on tap for your drinking pleasure. Red Brick’s goal in all of this? To AMAZE and globalize your beer drinking  taste buds. You see, every time a brew on draft is finished, it will quickly be replaced by a different exclusive craft brew; allowing you to taste beers originating  from all over the states, and even the world,  right at RBS.

Another awesome benefit: this rotation also allows for Red Brick Station to warehouse more of their seasonal favorites, like their Blueberry Ale, Big Gunpowder Pale Ale, and others for release during off-season. Ever find yourself craving that seasonal summer Watermelon Ale? Better keep a close eye out, it might become available to you in the chill of January!
