Cromwell Valley Park is a park under the management of the Baltimore County Parks and Recreation Department. The 380-acre site was acquired by the department in 1993. The park is open every day of the year and is made up of woods, open fields, orchards, hedgerows, pastures, gardens and piedmont hills and is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including deer, red foxes, deer mice, rabbits, meadow voles and songbirds such as the Baltimore Oriole, Indigo Bunting, Eastern Bluebird and Bobolink. The park contains an information kiosk for visitors who wish to learn more programs, regulations and rules. The kiosk also offers trail masks for trekkers.
