  the plan to build a mega-CVS on the SW corner of Joppa and Harford Road
 s because the intersection is a failing intersection and the proposed en
 trance/exit is not safely located (Harford Road curves and descends maki
 ng visibility poor.&nbsp\; In addition\, we think that CVS could make ne
 eded changes\, e.g \, a drive thru window\, to its currrent location on 
 Harford Road across Harford Road from The Bowman Restaurant.&nbsp\; This
  location is much more desirable from the community viewpoint.\nIf you o
