More About Y of Central Maryland
The Y at the North Plaza Shopping Center opened in June and has been welcomed by the community. This full-service fitness center offers accommodations for everyone. Family memberships include babysitting and family locker rooms. There are also many senior members who frequent the Everfit and tai-chi classes and water aerobics. The Y also has arc trainers for those in need of low-impact workout equipment.
