K9 Unit Demo, Sheriff Scheduled For Thursday Meeting

The Greater Parkville Community Council will have Baltimore County Sheriff R. Jay Fisher as a guest speaker and discuss neighborhood issues.

The Greater Parkville Community Council hosts a meeting Thursday night at the Parkville Senior Cener, 8601 Harford Road.

The group will discuss neighborhood issues and hear from guest speakers Baltimore County Sheriff R. Jay Fisher and members of the Baltimore County Police Department K9 Unit, according to an email from group president Ruth Baisden.

The K9 unit will give a demonstration with a police dog, Baisden wrote.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. Mar. 14, according to the email.
