UPDATED: Simon Is Home

Simon, a four-month-old dog was missing from an Overlea neighborhood; his owner turned to Parkville-Overlea Patch for help.

A puppy who was missing from his Overlea home is back with his family as of Monday evening.

Facebook user Anthony J Maans posted on the Parkville-Overlea Patch Facebook page that Simon, a labrador/border collie mix, who went missing Sunday night is back home safe.

"I have to say, we have the most awesome neighbors ever. Hard to believe so many good people live so close. Everyone came together to help find Simon, even people we did not know. Special thanks to Overlea Fullerton Business & Professional Association, Get Social Baltimore, Parkville Patch, the Overlea Community association on yahoo and Home Again pet ID which in fact did come in handy big time," Maans wrote on Facebook.
