Whiz Kid's Name and Age: Madison Williams, 12

Whiz Kid's School:
Immaculate Heart of Mary School

Whiz Kid's Accomplishment(s)
:

  • Madison has played travel boys baseball for Parkville since age 7. She pitches, plays third base and second base. She can hit for power, has a freakishly strong arm, and strikes out lots of kids.
  • This week, she is attending the Calvert Hall Baseball Camp for pitchers. The coaches were very impressed with her arm. She may be the only girl to ever show up for the Pitching Camp.

Whiz Kid's Key to Awesomeness: Her dedication to the sport, willingness to learn and high-level coaching she has received.

Did your local soccer team take the championship? Know a great kid who made Eagle Scout?  He or she may be our next Patch Whiz Kid honoree.
