Yard Sales In Parkville-Overlea This Weekend

Springtime means spring cleaning, and that often means it's time for yard sales.

Check out this listing of yard, garage, estate and other sales going on this weekend in Parkville-Overlea, compiled from listings on craigslist. If you go and you find something awesome, be sure to upload a photo of your find to the gallery attached to this article.

Without further ado:

Forest View Avenue (off Mannington Avenue) in Overlea. From 9 a.m.-6 p.m. May 10 and 11. Find baby items, furniture and more at this moving sale.

9600 Dixon Avenue. Beginning at 8 a.m. May 11, find kids' clothes, toys, games and household items at this multi-family yard sale.

3400 Northwind Road. From 8 a.m.-1 p.m. May 11 the Baltimore County Game & Fish Protective Association hosts a community yard sale. Items expected to be available include Pampered Chef, hunting gear (no guns or ammo), fishing tackle, household items and clothing. Breakfast and lunch items will also be sold.

8700 Harford Road. It may not be exactly a yard sale, but from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. May 11 Hiss United Methodist Church hosts a Plant and Bake sale. Find hanging baskets, potted plants, herbs and vegetables in time for Mother's Day and planting season. Desserts will also be sold and a Boy Scout troop will wash cars. Proceeds from the event benefit the church's summer mission work in the Dominican Republic, Tennessee, West Virginia and the Baltimore County Christian Workcamp.

8712 Town Center Drive in Nottingham. Beginning at 8 a.m. a multi-family yard sale will be held across the street from The Avenue at White Marsh to benefit the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life. Find childrens' and womens' clothing, books, decorative and household items and enjoy giveaways, food and music.

1910 Winding Woods Lane. From 9 a.m.-3 p.m. May 11 find furniture and household items at this moving/garage sale. Items available include La-Z-Boy recliners, a large sectional sofa and a TV projector.

1319 Deanwood Road. From 8 a.m.-12 p.m. May 11 find toys like Transformers, Bakugan and Beyblade, comic books and games at this yard sale.

8510 Fowler Avenue. From 8 a.m.-12 p.m. May 11, the Parkville Church of the Nazarene hosts a yard sale with multiple vendors.

Looking ahead a week:

8013 Highpoint Road. From 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. May 18 a multi-family yard sale will be held.

A multi-community yard sale will be held in the Loch Raven Village, Knettishall, Ridgeleigh and Hillendale Park neighborhoods; between Putty Hill Avenue to the north, Taylor Avenue to the south, Oakleigh Road on the east and LaSalle Road on the west. Find clothes, books, electronics and furniture.

8700 Harford Road. From 9 a.m.-3 p.m. May 18, Hiss United Methodist Church hosts a flea market.
