Parkville-Overlea Schools to Host Back-to-School Nights

Parkville-Overlea schools have scheduled Back-to-School nights and related activities to prepare students and parents for the new school year that starts Aug. 26.

The gatherings will provide parents with opportunities to meet school faculty and staff; learn about academic expectations and classroom curricula; and receive information on school rules and upcoming events, according to a statement from Baltimore County Public Schools.

Listed below is the Back-to-School Night schedule for Parkville-Overlea schools:

Elementary Schools:

Carney Elementary School: Take a Peek at Your Seat, Friday, Aug. 23, from 3 to 4 p.m.; Back-to-School Night, Tuesday, Sept. 10, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Elmwood Elementary School: Take a Peek at Your Seat, Friday, Aug. 23, from 1 to 3 p.m.; Open House, Tuesday, Sept. 3, from 6:15 to 8 p.m.

Fullerton Elementary School: Take a Peek at Your Seat, Thursday, Aug. 22, from 3 to 5 p.m.; Volunteer Orientation & Blood Borne Pathogens Informational Session, Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 6 p.m.; Back-to-School Night, Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 7 p.m.

Harford Hills Elementary School: Back-to-School Night, Thursday, Aug. 22, from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m.

Pine Grove Elementary School: Take a Peek at Your Seat, Thursday, Aug. 22, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. and Friday, Aug. 23, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.; Back-to-School Night, Tuesday, Sept. 3, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Villa Cresta Elementary School: Take a Peek at Your Seat/Back-to-School Night, Thursday, Aug. 22, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Parkville Middle and Center of Technology: Back-to-School Night, Wednesday, Sept. 4, from 6 to 8 p.m.
