What Is the Best Gym in Parkville-Overlea?

Vote for your favorite place to exercise.

, we're trying to figure out the best place to burn off the calories we took on when we ate it.

Naturally, we're looking to you—our readers—to help us in our task, so what do you say? Where's the best place to pump iron, run laps, burn calories or just generally work out?

Here's a list of some of the gyms I've found in Parkville-Overlea; if I've left anyone out, please tell me in the comments and I'll be sure to add them.

Voting in the poll below is open until 9 a.m. Friday.

  • Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results, positive comments below and in reviews on each of the businesses' Patch Places directory listings (you can reach them by clicking on the businesses above).
  • Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

If your business is listed here, learn how to claim your listing for free on Parkville-Overlea Patch by .

We will announce the winner at noon Friday.

So tell us your favorite place to work out, and don't forget to tell us why it's your favorite in the comments below.

The Parkville Y is the best, great staff, very helpful

The Parkville Family Center Y (which is the correct name (the Y of Central Maryland is the name of the larger organization) is wonderful. The staff is tremendous, and the space is beautiful, the equipment and programming is far-reaching. Also, it's the only charitable non-profit organization on this list whose mission is to serve families, kids and seniors.
