Carney Village Shopping Center To Get Facelift

A project to renovate the facade of the shopping center will begin in March of this year.

One of the oldest shopping centers in northeastern Baltimore County is set to get a facelift this year.

Carney Village Shopping Center, located at the corner of Harford and Joppa roads, will be the beneficiary of a $2 million project to install new roofing, signage and other features, according to an email from Fifth District Councilman David Marks.

Marks wrote that Continental Realty, the company that manages the shopping center, expects the project to begin in March and conclude by October of this year.
