The new is set to open on Friday and Patch has a preview of the new menu.
Kristin McFaul, one of the restaurant's part owners, submitted the finalized menu to Patch this week. The menu is focused on local ingredients, especially seafood—a number of dishes center on Tilghman Island crabs and oysters.
