Good Charlotte Guitarist, Comics Artist To Visit Parkville
Collectors Corner on Harford Road will host Billy Martin of Maryland band Good Charlotte for a signing Mar. 3.
Although he's probably best known for his role as the lead guitarist in Maryland's own Good Charlotte, Billy Martin is also the creator of a new comic book series that debuts this March.
To celebrate the launch of Vitriol The Hunter, published by IDW, Martin and Vitriol co-creator Brent Allen will appear at Parkville's Collectors Corner, 8711 Harford Road early next month, according to a post on the shop's Facebook page.
The signing will be held from 1-5 p.m. Mar. 3, and the first 50 people in line will get a free signed copy of the first of six issues.

Martin, who draws the new series, spoke last month to PREVIEWSWorld magazine about the upcoming title.

Visits from comics artists and creators are not uncommon at the Parkville shop—back in November they played host to Image Comics co-founder Marc Silvestri and on Halloween the writer of the Image series .
