Do you work for Walmart, Rose? How do you know how they treat their employees? Apparently, the employees must not think so because they continue to work there. Besides, the corporation is not in business to employ people. It is in business to create wealth for the stockholders. If people get employed in the process of making a profit, then so be it. No one is forcing anyone to apply for a job at Walmart.

I would consider Baskin Robbins the 21st century version of a malt shop.

It almost looks like I was insulting the previous poster with my lipstick comment. To clarify, I was referring to the Walmart remodel.

OT - nobody should have taken it that way - we are all passionate about making Perry Hall better - that is what we all care about - we just have different opinions how to get there!
