Patch Picks: The Best St. Paddy's Day Parties

Parkville and Overlea are both well known for their St. Patrick's Day extravaganzas. Here's a look at what's on tap for tonight and this weekend.

Ahh, St. Patrick's Day, this year on a Thursday, will make for some rough Friday mornings.  If you're looking for a place to go to show off your Irish pride, or maybe just celebrate for celebrating's sake, look no further.

Casey's Bar & Grill (1742 E. Joppa Road) — The outdoor seating tent at Casey's went up at 11 o'clock this morning, and the party will continue into the wee hours on Friday. You can stop by to fill up on corned beef & cabbage for just $7, grab a few drink specials on beers like Guinness and Smithwick's and check out live music from C.O.V.E.

On Friday, Miller Lite comes to celebrate on the second day of the St. Paddy's Day celebration at Casey's with $2 Coors and Miller Light Bottles; live music from DJ Pumpin' Paul will be featured all night.
