Winter Weather Advisory In Effect

Forecasts call for light snow later today in the Baltimore area.

Despite mild weather that's left most of us wondering what ever happened to winter, it's entirely possible that it could snow in Parkville and Overlea later today.

The area is under a winter weather advisory until 10 p.m. Wednesday. Accuweather calls for a wintry mix of rain and possibly snow today, then snow in the evening tonight. Today's high will only get up to 42 degrees. The low will drop to 28.

Forecaster Justin Berk, who last week proclaimed that he had "," has some faith in his forecast this week, too. On Tuesday night, Berk posted a map on Twitter that calls for an inch or more in Towson and much of the Baltimore area, and 2-3 inches in points north, including Timonium and Cockeysville.
