Benefit Piano Concert



at Epiphany Lutheran Church





Dr. Sonia Vlahcevic, an
accomplished concert pianist and Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University,
will give a piano recital at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 4301 Raspe Avenue,
Baltimore, MD 21206 on Saturday, January 18, at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are available
at the door for adults ($20) and children ($5), and a reception will follow the performance. The concert is a benefit for St. Matthias Episcopal Church's Food
Pantry and Soup Kitchen. The concert will feature music by Chopin, Muczynski,
Messiaen, Debussy, Granados, and Ginastera. For more information, please call

St. Matthias Episcopal
Church’s
Loaves & Fishes Feeding Program includes a Soup Kitchen
& Food Pantry
that are open in the church hall every Saturday - Noon to
2 PM.   Approximately 80 to 100 meals are
served each Saturday, as well as 80 bags of food given out.  This outreach program has grown steadily
since its inception in 2006. Other churches who support this program are:  Epiphany Lutheran Church, Kenwood
Presbyterian Church, Episcopal Church of the Messiah, Jerusalem Evangelical
Lutheran Church, Calvary Lutheran Church, St. Peter’s Lutheran Church,  and St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church (Owings
Mills).  St. Matthias Episcopal Church is
