Want to start a Group Fitness class at your church?

Want to start a fitness class at your church? Visit www.bodyandsoul.org for more information or contact an instructor in the Parkville/Perry Hall area to schedule a free demo class. Instructors for Body & Soul teach the class as a ministry and do not make any money, but tuition is charged to students to cover liability insurance for the class as well as royalties for all music used in the classes. Body & Soul classes are held all over the United States and even in other countries! It is an amazing organization and the classes are not only beneficial for the physical health of your congregation, but the uplifting Christian music also the ministers to their souls. Plus - it's a great way to get people to church who wouldn't otherwise be there :)

My name is Jennifer and I recently moved to Cub Hill. I feel called to start a new class in the Perry Hall or Parkville area, and am looking for a church to host the class. Usually a fellowship hall or other medium-large sized room is perfect. Let me know if you would like to hold a free demo class to get a better idea of who I am and what Body & Soul is all about.
