Lunch & Learn at the Parkville Senior Center

Klein's Shoprite of Parkville will present an educaitonal discussion and luncheon focusing on nutrition and healthy living for the older adult at the PArkville Senior Center, located at 8601 Harford Road. Nutritionist Laura Natali, RD, LDN, and store manager Josh Thompson will discuss essentials of healthy living for seniors from diet to meal preparation to immunizations to prevent illness.
