Come and meet adorable adoptable dogs from BARCS Animal Shelter at the Pet Valu in Perry Hall. The featured dogs have been in loving foster homes, but are hoping to meet their forever families at this event! There will be free popcorn and free kisses from our adoptable dogs. You might meet your new best friend!
