The Jennifer Branch Watershed Committee of the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy is seeking volunteers for their "Better Waterways Fall Cleanup" on November 19. Stream captains will assist residents with removing debris from local waterways. Volunteers will be assigned to multiple locations, not the address given.
