The "You Know You're From Parkville, MD When ... " Facebook group has over 1,000 members who discuss the neighborhood the way it used to be.

The group, which has more than 1,000 members, is a place where Parkville residents and people who grew up in the neighborhood can discuss issues both past and current.

A quick glance around the page reveals users like Cindy Bova Giese, asking if anyone performed in "South Pacific" — a play at Parkville High School she thought took place in 1975.

Other users respond that they did or didn't — maybe they remember a classmate who did.
