Eating Out and Staying Healthy
We all like to eat out. But how do you do it and stay healthy or maintain or decrease your weight? The US Department of Agriculture has some great tips to help you navigate your way through menu selections. These include: choosing whole wheat bread, requesting your salad dressing on the side, and choosing fruit for desesrt.
