Fourth of July Government Closures, Trash Collection
Libraries, courts and senior centers will be closed July 4.
Several Baltimore County government services will be taking Independence Day off, according to a recent news release.
Expect the following offices to be closed July 4:
- Baltimore County government offices
- District and circuit courts
- Health department clinics
- Libraries
- Senior centers
- Trash and recycling drop-off centers
Additionally, CountyRide vans will not operate.

Residents who normally have their trash collected Monday mornings should set it out on Monday night for Tuesday morning collection. Those who normally have their recyclables collected on Mondays should save them until the following Monday, July 11.
Baltimore City government officials also announced that city parking meters will not be in effect on July 4.
