Baltimore Metro Crime: Week of Sept. 21

Towson

Who stole the cookies from the cookie jar? Police arrested two teenage boys as they jumped the counter at a mall cookie shop. That's the second time cookies have been nabbed from the shop—in the first incident burglars made off with around 24 pounds of the sweets. Read more about Towson Crime.

Hunt Valley

Two men broke into a home and demanded to speak to Greg. When the homeowner told them no one named Greg lived there, the two men began brandishing knives taken from the kitchen of the home. Read more about crime in Hunt Valley Patch.

Owings Mills-Reisterstown

Arbutus

Interesting, no crime reported in Essex. Yet the Baltimore County Police were at our house asking if we had experienced any vandalism, as our neighbors truck's windows had been broken.
