Baltimore City, County Police Seek Alleged Murderer

The departments are looking for the same man in connection with a shooting outside a Parkville bar and the shooting death of a Baltimore woman late last month.

Baltimore City Police have joined in the hunt for a man accused of a Parkville murder in July 2012.

Baltimore County Police are searching for Darryl Anderson, 25, in the shooting death of a man outside Tee Bee's Bar, in the 7100 block of Darlington Drive on July 8, 2012, Patch reported at the time

Now, Baltimore City Police have also obtained an arrest warrant for Anderson who they say is responsible for a recent shooting that injured two and killed one.

Officers responded to the 3300 block of Elmora Avenue shortly after 9 p.m. June 27 and found three women shot; one of the victims, 21-year-old Gennie Shird, died from her injuries at an area hospital, the release states.

Baltimore County Police Department spokeswoman Cpl. Cathleen Batton said that county and city police are working together to find Anderson.

A photo of Anderson released by the Baltimore City Police Department is attached to this article. Police say Anderson should be considered armed and dangerous and asked anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to call 911.
