Crime: ATV Stolen from Backyard

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Sarah Lane, 2700 block. Between 7 p.m. Sept. 21 and 12 p.m. Sept. 29. A red ATV with a damaged body, valued at $800, was reported stolen from the backyard of a home.

Shawnee Court, unit block. Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Sept. 26. A video game and cash were reported stolen from an apartment. Burglars broke a rear window to get inside the residence, ate food and stole the above-listed property, police said.

Old Harford Road, 8500 block. Between Sept. 10 and Sept. 22 at 7 p.m. A sump pump, valued at $120, was reported stolen from the basement of a vacant property after burglars broke in by forcing open a rear window, police said.

Villa Maria Road, 11600 block. Between 10:30 p.m. Sept. 21 and 12:20 a.m. Sept. 22. A purse containing cash, credit cards and a Maryland driver’s license was reported stolen from an apartment, with a total value of $56. Burglars entered the home through an unlocked living room window, police said.
