Crime: Copper Wire Stolen in Fullerton; License Plates Taken from Vehicles

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Elmwood

Dale Avenue, 300 block. Between 5 pm July 14 and 11:15 am July 18. The door and door jamb of a house were destroyed during an attempted forced entry. The damage to the door is estimated at $500.

Fullerton

Fitch Avenue and Rossville Boulevard. Between July 15 and 2 pm July 18. Five hundred feet of copper wire, valued at $2,000, were  stolen from a communications shelter owned by BGE. A lock was cut off the door of the building to gain access.

Forest View Avenue, 4500 block. Between 6 pm July 14 and 12:20 pm July 21. Maryland license plates L62512, 1DBP76 and 25V612 were stolen from vehicles parked at a home.

Rosedale

Pulaski Highway, 8300 block. At 10:57 pm July 20. A man was robbed at gunpoint of $200, police said. As the victim made a withdrawl from a drive-up ATM located at the M&T Bank branch, a man wearing a green baseball cap and tan bandana approached, displayed a black semi-automatic handgun and demanded money. The robber then ran away, police said.
