Crime: Man Stabbed, Robbed in Overlea

Here's your weekly wrap-up of crime in the Overlea-Fullerton Area, compiled from police reports at White Marsh Precinct 9.

Overlea

Belair Road, intersection with Overlea Avenue. Between 12:25 and 12:40 a.m. May 14. A man was robbed at knifepoint and stabbed in the abdomen as he walked to his home. Two men approached the victim and stabbed him in the stomach before stealing money from the victim and fleeing toward Maple Avenue.

Fuller Avenue, unit block. Between 8 p.m. May 12 and 9 a.m. May 13. A lawnmower was stolen from a shed located near a home. Burglars removed the shed door and stole the lawnmower. Nothing else was stolen.

Elmwood

Kenwood Avenue, 4400 block. Between 4:30 p.m. May 11 and 2:15 a.m. May 13. Jewelry, cash and a television were stolen from a home—a total loss of more than $6,000. Burglars gained entry through a window, then stole the items.

Fullerton

Belair Road, 7500 block. Between 8 and 10:45 a.m. May 17. A door leading to a garage behind Pete's Cycle Co. was found open after being kicked in. Nothing was stolen.

Belair Road, Wholesale Club Drive, May 14, 11:30 a.m. A burglar entered Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. property and stole six copper wires, an Appleton connector and a padlock, worth more than $1,500. The stolen items belonged to Cricket Communications.
