Crime: Midori Japanese Chinese Restaurant Burglarized

Fullerton

Belair Road, 7400 block. Between 11 p.m., June 24 and 10:45 a.m., June 25. Cash, a laptop computer and two cellphones, valued at $1,300, were stolen from Midori Japanese Chinese Restaurant. A window at the restaurant was broken to gain entry. Exit was through the back door.

McCormick Avenue, 5400 block. Between 9:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., June 26. Two televisions, valued at $2,300, were stolen from a home. Access was gained through an open rear window, which also served as the point of exit.

Rossville

Oswald Way, 9200 block. Between 7:30 p.m., June 25 and 1:50 a.m., June 26. Three wrist watches, cash, a Playstation 3, and several Louis Vuitton handbags, valued at a total of $25,000, were stolen from an apartment. The front door to the unit was pried open and interior closets and a bedroom were ransacked. Refrigerator drawers were left open and cereal boxes ransacked in the kitchen.

Breslin Court, unit block. Between 12 p.m., June 24 and 11:26 p.m., June 26. An iPod docking station, an XBox Kinect, a television and two suitcases were stolen from an apartment. A bedroom window was pried open to gain access to the apartment.

Rosedale

Rosedale Avenue, 900 block. Between 10 p.m., June 23 and 7 a.m., June 24. Several unlocked vehicles parked in the area were broken into and items were stolen from inside. The stolen items include change, GPS units, and tools. Police believe the string of thefts from auto to be connected.
