Crime: Rosedale Arby's Burglarized

Rosedale
Pulaski Highway, 8600 block, 1:10 a.m., Aug. 22. An Arby's restaurant was burglarized when a man who police identifed as Dwayne Anthony White, 25, of Cedonia, alledgedly climbed through a drive-thru window and demanded cash from the store manager. When the store manager, who is also White's ex-girlfriend, refused, he allegedly stole cash from a cash register and fled via the drive-thru window.
The store manager told White that she was calling 911, at which point he allegedly threw the cash back through the drive-thru window and fled.

Rossville
Serpens Court, unit block, between 5:15 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., Aug. 21. A Microsoft X-Box 360 video game system, a Nintendo Wii video game system, video games and four knives were stolen from a home. The total estimated loss was $624.

Brinsmaid Court, 100 block, between 10 p.m., Aug. 18 and 7 a.m., Aug. 19. Two Garmin GPS units, a Nook e-reader, handcuff key, wallet and badge were stolen from two unlocked vehicles parked in front of a home, a total estimated loss of just over $700.
Bardia Court, unit block, between 5 and 8:30 p.m., Aug. 19. Two laptop computers, a Kindle e-Reader and a Sony Playstation 3 video game system were stolen from a home, a total estimated loss of $3,500. A sliding glass door was broken with a brick in order to gain entry to the residence.
