Belair Road and Interstate 695 crossover, after 11:30 p.m. Mar. 26. Two 13-year-old boys were assaulted by three teenage boys. The attackers punched and kicked their victims before stealing a cell phone from one of them and fleeing the scene. Two of the attackers were later apprehended—police have arrested and charged a 14-year-old and 17-year-old with assault and robbery. Police continue to search for a third suspect, described as a black male, 150-160 pounds with mohawk-style hair, who was wearing black clothing on the night of the crime.
