The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Two people have been arrested in connection with the burglary of an Overlea home that occurred early Thursday morning as the homeowner slept, according to Baltimore County police. Meanwhile, several other suspects are being sought.

Police have arrested 20-year-old Trenelle Lee Smith of Baltimore City, who was charged with first degree-burglary, and a juvenile who allegedly acted as a lookout.

A witness called police after she heard knocking on a neighbor's door and reported that she was able to see flashlights on the first floor of a home in the 100 block of Chesley Avenue. The witness told police she thought it was odd since she believed no one to be home at the time.
