Cromwell Coventry Gathers For National Night Out

The Aug. 6 event is part of the 30th anniversary of the national observance against crime.

Members of the Cromwell Coventry Community Association will gather next Tuesday night as part of the National Night Out against crime event.

The event will be part of similar gatherings across the county and the country that are meant to strengthen relationships between neighbors and local police. This is the 30th year that the event has been celebrated nationally.

As part of the festivities, the association will offer free snacks and refreshments, activities for children and give aways. There will also be a community raffle.

The event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Aug. 6 at Rushley and Littlewood Roads.
