Loch Raven/Hillendale Crime: Man Arrested On Assault Charges
The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.
Loch Raven
Loch Shiel Road, 1800 block. Between 10:39 a.m. and 6:20 p.m., March 21. A 26-inch Dynex television, Toshiba laptop, camcorder and Panasonic digital camera were stolen. Police found no signs of forced entry.
Yakona Road and Loch Raven Boulevard. Between 6 p.m., March 24 and noon, March 25. A white 1986 Jaguar (Maryland tag 48393ZL) was stolen from its parking space.

Ridgeleigh
Chestnut Oak Road, 8500 block. 1:50 p.m., March 22. A man was allegedly assaulted by his girlfriend's brother for an unknown reason. The assailant allegedly tried to cut the victim with a knife. The victim was taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma.

Police arrested Geovani Perez, 28, of the same block. He was charged with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment, and is currently held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $250,000 bail.
Hillendale
Forrest Road, 1800 block. Between 8:30 and 9:40 a.m., March 24. A television was taken from a first floor office and $200 was taken from a bedroom dresser. Police found that a rear basement door had been left unlocked and discovered wet shoe prints at the scene.
