No One Injured in Putty Hill Fire

Fire officials say a dwelling on Putty Hill Avenue was fully engulfed Friday morning.

No one was injured when a Parkville home caught fire Friday morning.

Crews responded to the 3000 block of Putty Hill Avenue around 7:55 a.m. to find a dwelling fully engulfed in flames, according to fire officials.

Engine 10, from Parkville, was the first piece of equipment on the scene, and the fire was placed under control around 9:20 a.m., officials said.

A crossing guard for a nearby school reportedly called 911 upon seeing the flames, officials said.
